I am a third degree Reiki practitioner trained in the original Japanese Usui tradition. Reiki is universal healing energy which is transmitted through the palms of the hands to help release blocks—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and to recharge your system. It is deeply calming and regenerative and is especially beneficial when you are over-stressed, have just had surgery, or are recovering from physical or emotional difficulties.

This service offers the best of both worlds: massage and energy work to release physical/muscular tension and blocked energy inside the body (meridians) as well as in the chakra system. I integrate Reiki, earth energies, pranic energy and other healing modalities to release energetic congestion and rebalance your system inside and out. I may offer insights regarding the cause of “congested” energy to help you prevent future blocks. This session will unwind sore muscles while also grounding/balancing your energy for greater focus & well being.

Intuitive Counsel
These sessions access your spiritual information and so provide insight into your issues and questions from a different perspective. If you feel stuck, readings will uncover beliefs, thought patterns, fears and resistance held in your energetic system that may be in conflict with realizing your dreams and goals. Readings can focus on your profession, health, relationships, money or cross-roads in your life. They are fun, informative, validating and life changing.

Exotic Hot Oil Scalp Massage 20 min. $25

This is perfect for those suffering from migraines, sinus headaches, stress, or just plain thinking too much. Aromatic essential oils--cypress, sandalwood, frankincense, and cedar--in a base of jojoba are warmed and poured along your hairline and you will receive a detailed massage of scalp, facial muscles and pressure points. Your scalp will be relaxed and moisturized with blood flow re-stimulated. Your hair will benefit too!
Tibetan Foot Ritual 30 min. $45

This is a cleansing and grounding foot bath ritual inspired by the spirited waters of Tibet. A cleansing foot bath of safflower, juniper, sage and cedar is followed by a Kangpartsayejukpa (a foot salt scrub I cannot pronounce). Spikenard, called dakpoe in Tibetan, is a precious herb that grows only above 8,000 feet, and is combined with dried sage and salt to create a pine-like fragrance to exfoliate, purify and ground your feet. Next your feet are rinsed, massaged, and powdered with a natural Tibetan barley foot powder. A spiced jasmine tea is enjoyed during this extraordinary service.
Japanese Reiki Add-on 15 min. $20

For those who would like to experience Reiki without scheduling a full 60 or 90 minute Reiki session. Enjoy it with your massage (or combine with a Tibetan Foot Ritual in order to constitute a full service).
Healing Body Wraps 75 min. $100 (or series of 6 for $500)

I offer a green coffee body wrap which exfoliates that smoothes the skin while decreasing fluid retention/puffiness and the appearance of cellulite. Your skin will have a more toned and youthful appearance and your system will benefit from the powerful detoxifying effects of green coffee.

Discounted Healing Packages
You will receive a 15% discount when scheduling three or more services during the same visit. We may also discuss your individual needs and interests and design a package of services that may be received weekly, twice per month, or monthly for a period of six months. You will enjoy the benefits of a variety of services which provide an integrated approach to healing, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs. The healing package may also include instruction in self-care techniques such as meditation and energy work you can do on yourself to support lasting healing and change.
